!!! cattle_fw_v1.3.47T1.acl is a beta version. Proceed with the upgrade with caution !!!
1. This upgrade guide applies only to printers with firmware version 1.3.44 or higher.
How to check the firmware version number:
• After connecting the printer via the mobile app, tap the Settings button on the APP homepage, then select Device Information.
• For X1100 series models with a display screen: Press the upward arrow key (∧) to scroll to the Information option and press the OK key. After entering Device Information, press the downward arrow key (∨) to navigate to Firmware Version to view the detailed version.
2. Download fw_upgrade.exe, then double-click to launch it.
3. Power on the printer and connect it to a Windows computer via USB cable.
4. Click Browse and select the firmware file cattle_fw_v1.3.47T2.acl, then click Upgrade.
5. Do not operate the printer during the upgrade process.
6. The upgrade is finished once the printer powers off automatically. Reboot the printer to complete the whole procedure.
